You have been incredible to work with because of your artistic eye and infectious personality. Yet, your most lovable attribute has been your humble approach; you have never been arrogant or overbearing and have always been dependable. You are a sweetheart and true joy to be around. Looking back to when we first started you were exactly what we needed, a person with personality and a sense of humor. Your weird changes of voice, funny faces 0_o , and random monologues made things easy.
Thank you so much for seeing something in ELITE. Although this may seem a bit out of the blue, we just want you to know how much we love and appreciate you, and just want you to know we will think of you often next semester when you travel aboard. You have taken pictures that capture the essence of ELITE and what we stand for, from the personality, the character, to the smiles & laughs, the friendship, the appreciation, the aesthetic and most importantly the message behind Style and Service!
OUR GRATITUDE
LaLa:The first time I met Janika was at an ELITE shoot, the first of which included the complete team. Laidback and easy going, she seemed to be even more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it, directing us on what to do and how to do it. She almost effortlessly got awesome pictures out of all of us while putting up with Al’s excitement and anxiety to get everything done - and all while wearing an awesome shirt (check out the meet ELITE post). A true sweetheart, she’s been amazing to work with ever since and a true asset to the team. We’ll miss her while she’s abroad!!! :)
BISI:"Sista J" is the definition of unique. She has a great personality, she's smart, beautiful, and very random. "And she's better than mangos even!"
KARA:Dear Janika,You are incredibly talented. Not only because you actually know how to use a camera, but you put passion behind and through it. That brings out the best in people. Seeing that it's inspiring to other artists like me. I am proud of you. Keep us updated and use your time wisely!
KRISTINA:Janika is the perfect mix of spunk, hilarity, creativity, and smiles. Getting to know her has been a fun adventure. We can always finds something to laugh at....plus chick got style!

MANNY:Janika is one of the most joyous women I know she always has a smile on her face. Her presence is one of her best attributes just to see her around campus or waiting outside of the cafe makes everyones day. She is a dedicated and driven woman, they're big things to come in her future.
ANT:Janika is a person that has always been around when the team needed her most. No questions asked, with the most awesome eye for pictures. Able to diffuse any awkward situation with her spunky personality and warm heart. We all have come to appreciate the wonderful person she is. Hope she enjoys her travels and we long for her return.
