TEAM
A team is a group of people who carry out work collectively. In order to successfully achieve Elite's goal in developing and redefining "cool" to youth, every player on the team (well, member in our case) must understand how important it is to work in alliance with our culture and our vision. While working towards molding ELITE into a successful organization, everyone on the team has contributed in their own unique way, thus, strengthening the sense that teamwork is an integral part in our growth.
We understand we are taking on the very difficult task of attempting to change youth's ways of thinking, preconceived notions, and ultimately their actions; however, we also know having a group of competent and admirable members who look forward to challenges is a great start.
Many negative influences have been placed on inner city youth due to societal norms and the experiences of their everyday lives. This negative influence is perpetual and instills a set way of thinking. Yet, we believe this can be changed through positive influence. This positive influence must be distinctive from the standard. If The Elite Club is this influence, the influence will be positive. Support the movement. Be the Change. Live to Evolve.
